My Experience with the Muscle Gaining Secrets Program
After reading about Jason Ferruggia and his reputation as a trainer I decided to purchase his course and give his program a try. I had been able to make some decent games in the gym over the two years I had been working out, but I was still far from reaching my goals. The program consists of four phases, each lasting four weeks; so 16 weeks in total. I decided to follow the program down to the tiniest detail to make sure I got everything right.
At the end of the four phase program I had gained 7 pounds on the scale—AND I looked noticeably leaner in the mirror. This may not sound like much, but I had only gained 10 pounds of muscle in the two years I had trained prior to starting the program.
