Fat Burning Furnace reviews

Does Fat Burning Furnace Really Work or Is it a Scam? Here is a review of Rob Poulos's Program:

Let’s be honest here—just about all of us could stand to lose a few pounds—especially this time of year with the extravagances of the holidays still lingering around our waists. And while fat loss is hardly rocket science, it can be quite challenging to achieve with work and family responsibilities taking up most of your time and energy. This is where choosing the right weight loss program can make all the difference.

Fat Burning Furnace is a popular fat loss program designed to help people lose a lot of weight even when they don’t have hours to spend making meals and working out. The program fits easily into even the busiest lifestyles, and provides some pretty impressive results. Let’s take a closer look at Rob Poulos’ program to see what makes it so special.

Contents of the Course

The basic package contains the following four components:

  • The 176 Page Fat Burning Furnace Blueprint
  • Progress Tracker and Training Logs
  • Body Fat Calculator
  • Metabolic Rate Calculator

Note: When you purchase the program you will be offered a couple of “up sells”, one of which is a video series which details all of the exercises you will be performing in your workouts. If you are not familiar with basic weight training exercises like squats, deadlifts, military presses and bent over rows I recommend purchasing this add-on, as it will show you exactly how to perform all of these exercises.

The main eBook is fairly long, and I recommend reading it from cover to cover before beginning the program. In it Rob explains how he developed the course, why it’s so effective, and finally, what it entails. I highly recommend taking detailed notes or printing out the more important pages for reference.

What equipment do you need?

Here’s the deal—you don’t have to have a gym membership to follow the program—but I personally think you should. It will make completing all of the exercises much easier, and you can feed off of the energy in the club to improve the intensity of your training. If you really don’t like gyms or don’t have access to one you can still follow the program, you will just need to get some basic equipment. If you’re going to go the home gym route you will want to have the following items:

  • Adjustable Workout Bench
  • Pull Up Bar
  • Push Up Handles
  • Adjustable Dumbbells
  • Water Bottle
  • Workout Gloves (optional)

This may run you a couple hundred bucks, but the equipment will be yours and it should last a lifetime if you take care of it. In addition, you will be able to work out in the privacy of your own home at your convenience.

High Intensity Interval Training

One of the biggest mistakes trainees make when trying to lose fat is spending endless hours doing cardio. This can provide great results, but it is horribly inefficient—not to mention boring beyond words. In the FBF training regimen you will be performing lots of weight training along with some high intensity interval training. This one-two punch will allow you to burn fat in the shortest possible time, and without boring yourself to tears on the elliptical.

High intensity interval training, often referred to as HIIT, involves alternating periods of high and low intensity work. You will choose an exercise—kettlebell swings for example, and perform repetitions for one minute, rest for 30 seconds, then complete another minute of repetitions. You will alternate like this for eight minutes or so. It may not sound like much, but after you complete an eight minute cycle you will be sucking air and your legs will be on fire. HIIT training is extremely challenging, but it peels fat off your body like nothing else.

Learn the Best Exercises for Burning Fat

Fat Burning Furnace includes a list of Rob’s 29 favorite exercises for burning fat along with photos of each exercise detailing how it is done. As I mentioned above, you can also purchase a video series that details each exercise being performed. These exercises are designed to work several muscle groups at one, creating a greater demand on the body and burning more calories.

This is the whole key to the FBF system—choosing exercises and methods that burn tons of calories in a matter of minutes. This allows you to get a better workout in 20 minutes than most people get in an hour, and it is ultra convenient for busy folks who have to get in and out of the gym as quickly as possible.

The Fat Burning Furnace Routines

If you think you have to have a lot of experience with weight training to benefit from this program—think again. Rob includes three different versions of the training program, one for beginners, intermediates, and advanced trainees. You can start with the beginners program if you’re new to weight training and move on to the more difficult levels as you get used to performing the exercises. This makes FBF ideal for trainees of all ages and fitness levels.

FBF is a 12 week program, but Poulos explains that you should start seeing results in as little as two weeks. You can certainly repeat the program over after 12 weeks if you still have weight to lose—and you can perform the advanced workouts this time to supercharge your results. Rob also provides a number of tips for staying in great shape once you finish the program.

What should I eat to build muscle and burn fat?

The nutrition guidelines you will follow are covered in great detail over 40 pages in the FBF eBook, and meal plans and food charts are included. While the diet is somewhat restricted, there are plenty of foods to choose from, and you won’t be starving yourself by any stretch. You will primarily be eating clean whole foods like lean proteins, fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats.

Smart Program, Great Results

Rob Poulos is a respected member of the fitness community, and Fat Burning Furnace is a great program that offers regular folks training and nutrition guidelines that will help them lose weight quickly in their spare time. The program gets an A+, and comes highly recommended.
